Yep, I could be wrong but I really think this is an executive order closing the southern border to non-national crossings. I would assume Mexico will consider returning the favor if that is indeed the case?

It feels like the whole use of “invasion” is to cover him legally, it seems to go out of its way to not specify only illegal crossings.

I agree on overly broad and the flights question….but as far as enforceable, couldn’t they close the ports of entry?

As written covers all persons from every country. This will be fun to see play out in the courts. I am guessing there will not be a stay enforced and SCOTUS, will let it run thru the hour glass like the sands of time.

There aren't enough people to close the entire border of the US from the "invasion" and closing down international flights and/or ports of entry is problematic in terms of international consequences. Logistics in this matter will cause a large economic issue and then throw in on top of that Mexico and Canada have every right to retaliate in kind.
