Soybean, Iowa Basketball question.

Great Job GIF by Dietz & Watson

Guess they want average attendance to fall below 2000.
Yeah, fan apathy is only going to get worse. Much worse. If Fran couldn't make a sweet 16 during the Garza and Murray years, it's just not meant to be. Last season was a disappointment, and there's just no reason for this year to be even worse than last year. Yes, I know there's been some injuries, but the season was getting out of hand before they occurred. Fans don't want to see a team scoring 85+ per game and losing. That's not fun.

Well look at the non conference schedule. Only decent team they played was ISU. Get a decent schedule and this team struggles to win 11. Two wins at home took big comebacks vs fellow cellar dwellers. Northwestern and Nebraska.
He has one immediate impact recruit coming in. And unfortunately it’s not a PG. Other than Dix I don’t think anyone on the current roster would get time at a better D-1 program. Maybe Freeman if he gets in better shape.

Maybe just one more Sandfort would do the trick.

Yup. I also wouldn't be shocked to see a couple regular rotation players bounce elsewhere. Their chemistry was not there this year. Something seemed off. I dunno, maybe it was just all the losing too.
