A vendor is accusing Donald Trump's Truth Social platform of stiffing it out of over $1 million in contractually obligated payments, Fox Business reports.

RightForge accuses Truth Social of reneging on its "contractually obligated monthly payments" for setting up the platform’s online infrastructure, sources tell Fox Business.

The company also says Truth Social made just three payments and ceased making payments since around March. RightForge says Truth Social now owes $1.6 million and is threatening legal action.

You're doin' a helluva job, Devin

That's on them. Anyone doing business with Donald Trump should know that he is going to screw them when it comes to money.
Yep, Trump's business MO has been so widely publicized, verfied, and re-publicized that it is hard to muster any sympathy for the latest victim...... which happens to be a company called "RightForge" .---ok sounds like a company owned by conservative "patriots" who were honored to be selected by their hero Trump. Live and learn.

Trump really was a great businessman.
1. Failed to repay loans and stiffed vendors.
2. Refused to let minorities and Jewish people into some of his apartment buildings.
3. Somehow bankrupted multiple casinos.
4. Lost or settled dozens of lawsuits.
Don’t forget if he had just let others invest his inheritance in safe stuff and just lived the playboy life he’d have a lot more money today than he does. He just has to have his name on everything though.

Why the hell would Trump partner with Ihnan Omar buying apartment buildings?

I agree with you that this business only promises that there will be payments. At one time, I, too, trusted banks and similar slogans. After that, I took out a loan, and the interest rate increased every time. So in this way, I overpaid several hundred dollars. So that you do not have a similar situation, you should think through all these nuances in advance. You can also take advantage of Mortgage Broker Nottingham advice. This way, you can avoid being caught by the banking system. All bankers are trying to provide you with services that will be profitable for you for a while, and then the bank will still take their interest.

If there's a contract and truth social is obligated to pay monthly payments, the court will uphold it. It's also true that if that's the case, it shouldn't need to go to court.

Good point. Trump always meets the obligations of the contracts he signs, or seeks to work around court orders.

Feel like there is a book that outlines the ways to work around these "iron clad" contracts of which you refer to. Specifically, as it relates to Donald Trump, some book about being a chief plaintiff, and getting sued all the time and miring the system down until people give up. Possibly recommend on this very site.....

Do you mean Plaintiff In Chief: A Portrait Of Donald Trump In 3500 Lawsuits, by James Zirin?
I highly recommend that book.
