I for one was against pulling the redshirt, thought there was too much to lose in a "down year" but the greatness of Spencer Lee has convinced me. He's ready to compete. Great tournament for Spencer!!!

Yes, it would be even on their feet, but Zain is the best mat wrestler that 149 has ever seen. He made the world team last year. I know some people like to hate on him because he's Penn State, but he is a class act and just so solid.

Zain is great. I'd root for him if he were wrestling for anyone other than his literal scumbag of a coach.

I agree. Weird to see Zain go out like that. He is normally such a fierce competitor but seemed to cash it in there after the near takedown at the end of the second.
Imar beat Nolf by slowing him down with an underhook. This might be more interesting that some people think.
Kinda funny to see "honest refs" and "Russia" in the same breath. These are not the honest refs you are looking for.
