st. louie super 30!

loved your effort getting McNutt to IC cphawk but you've been lagging ever since. You need to deliver in 2020 or the AD will have no choice but to cut your stipend.

Seems like the St. Lou kids either want to go to Michigan/tOSU or SEC. MIzzou is still hurting as their move to the SEC exposed their weaknesses after year two (weak defense). Woods and Copeland are trying. If Iowa can get one a year and develop a real star, the tide could turn.

From this week's local rag...thought some of you hard-core types might peruse.

they are doing 2/day and have done the lower 10 so far. looks like the hawks lost out to the mighty ark. st. for the running back at #22.

i assume the link will work for the next couple weeks until they get down to #1.

enjoy...https://www.stltoday.com/sports/hig...n_cfe98d96-998f-11e8-ab0f-b7aadd2f235a.html#2
Iowa, and others, passed on Azubuike after initially offering him early on.

He would definitely switch if the Hawkeyes would ever decide to re-enter the picture at some point.

looks like we lost out to cy on #17.
Miller tried to commit to Iowa in May, but the Hawkeyes weren't ready to take him. May 7th to be exact is when Miller told us this. After that happened, he made an announcement that he was moving his decision date back to look at more options and ended up committing to Iowa State a month later in June.

This happens a lot in recruiting now with all the early offers teams make. Not just an Iowa thing.

thanks for the scoop, Blair! i'm so far on the outside;)

there's always the inside story...good work!

Oops. Looks like there's some high rollers involved with this kid.

Notre Dame has him on the back burners for now while fishing for their typical 4 and 5 starred recruits. Only real threat is Michigan State--- Iowa might win because of location and AJ. Kendall might be a CB or WR. Kind of see a little Micah Hyde qualities.

"Abdur-Rahman said Indiana likes him as a wide receiver and Iowa and Nebraska see his potential best reached at defensive back, which is not unheard of.

As a sophomore, he was an All-Southwestern Conference selection at defensive back."

Illinois, Minnesota, ISUcc, Indiana and Nebraska - more early PT but how about the quality of bowls games during those early years? Please! Iowa hands down. Go Hawks!

Would that have been a non-commitable offer?

Looks like the clones still have a shot at #8, but the competition appears to be a tad bit stiff for them. i wonder what he didn't like about the hawks...
