I believe you have to go back to 2014 and BJ Lowery to find the last starting corner that graduated from Iowa (or turned pro early) and did not make the NFL. We've had part-time starters and transfers not make the league... but since 2015 our regular starting CB's that played all their years at Iowa have all made the league. King, Mabin, JJ, and OJ make up that short list. Am I missing someone?
With that in mind, are Hankins and Moss NFL corners? Hankins is now a three-year starter, although he does not seem to be garnering much draft attention. Moss seems to be improving by the game, putting himself in good positions to make picks and being a solid tackler. Many have said he shouldn't be starting, but apparently Phil Parker disagrees. Some would have laughed two years ago about OJ making the NFL, yet he's now started multiple games as a rookie in Denver.
What say you.... will this streak of Iowa CB's to the NFL continue in the next couple years?
