For what it's worth, a non-Iowa fan has us in losing in the championship game to Purdue.

I wish I could believe it would happen. Iowa's playing good, but never for that extended period of time this year.

I just don't know if they got 7 in row in them. And say they do get to say Wisconsin...they will do everything in their power to fugly that game up via tackle basketball, and will no doubt succeed in doing so.

1st thing's 1st. Indiana. No sense worrying about anything else right now.

I do think Iowa is the most dangerous team in the Big right now. We're playing well and we've got depth.

The key is getting to Saturday. If we make it to Saturday, everyone we play will also be playing on tired legs. Thursday and Friday our opponents are rested, and our depth is less of an advantage.

Getting to the championship probably gets us out of a NCAA tournament play-in game too.

I called the championship game several days ago. Iowa is arguably playing the best basketball in the conference, outside of Purdue, right now. I have them winning the BTT and receiving the automatic bid.

I just worry about our legs; hopefully they hold out until at least Friday night; if we get to Saturday, i hope they are mixing in red bull with that gatorade =)
