I got it in a big set from my FIL for Xmas as he knows I enjoy making g sausages and Jerkies but it didn't really fit into any of that.

It's dang good though. I used avocado oil and it to make the bellos, then toasted the buns in the remaining oil and made mushroom Swiss burgers. Dang good.

It appears both have it.
