Stock market getting pummeled

It has been smoke and mirrors for so long now it is inevitable.
It was up bigly yesterday. Probably some profit-taking going on this morning.
Growth stock are due for some correcting. Especially a couple well-known that have wildly exceeded anything based on logic vs speculation.
Plan on buying more Apple if it gets hammered a few days in a row.
Safe to say your version of "pummeled" is slightly different than most?

Lol, no those were companies coming back from the ashes but it has been several years for sure that it is now.

Why wouldn't someone have faith in a vaccine that was fast-tracked through the system so it can be "approved" in time for the election. Sounds safe.
Should have qualified I was looking at Nasdaq index, S &P and Dow are not as bad.
At 9:54 CDT, the Dow is down 311.87 (1.07%) and the NASDAQ down 416.06 (3.45%). That's not a rally.

I have been keeping an eye on Tesla and Apple since their recent splits. Tesla is down a fair amount this week.
QE1, 2, and not sure if 3. And the Fed was pumping money in back then as well
Good thing some of you noobs weren't trading in 2009. Nasdaq like 1200 and Dow 5900. Now that turned the pubes white.
Our market has been running on our debt when the FEDS got involved, you knew it couldn't it last forever.
This is just a great opportunity to jump in and make more $$$
It is dumb to think that the stock market will go down much more if any because Trump is trying his best to get elected. He will do what it takes to make Americans 401ks look good
Going into Holiday weekend. My bet is profit taking. But I really have no clue. Election season is usually volatile as well.
