I honestly think Iowa is the fit for him. Iowa likes to run and put up points and let their big men let it fly from the outside. That is Foster to a "T". Iowa gets more homegrown, "small town Iowa" talent than Iowa State. It seems like Iowa State brings in more out of state talent than Iowa does. I guess players I'm thinking of recently are like Weiskamp, Pemsl, Kreiner, Bohanon, Baer, the McCaffrey's, Jok, Oglesby, Uthoff, Woodbury, McCabe, May, Gatens, etc. Since we've dodged the bullet of a blueblood or even someone like Baylor nabbing him and it's just down to staying in state, I think Iowa's where most kids end up. I looked at Iowa State's rosters for the last 5 years and Michael Jacobsen's the ONLY kid from Iowa that anyone's ever heard of (there are about 3 or 4 ohers, but I guarantee you've probably never heard of them - even in high school). I hope I'm right, but Iowa kids go to Iowa, not Iowa State. And Xavier's your typical small town Iowa kid.
