Sidney Powell may be a great lawyer but she seems way too excitable. Maybe she is so pissed its affecting her judgement, but not her best day.

Ken Kohl is a very skilled orator, he knows what he's doing. He point blank asked... who are we going to call if you make us prosecute this case? EVERY witness the DOJ has has MAJOR credibility issues and 2 were fired for misconduct at the FBI.

Sullivan is a buffoon. He's getting killed.

Sullivan knows how executive privilege works.

Uh.....there's nothing to "prosecute". We were at "sentencing" phase here, bro.
Flynn has withdrawn his plea. Given the new information that your boy and his minions tried to frame the man... no judge is going to sentence someone who he thinks they may be innocent.

But your knowledge of the law is on par with everything else to proclaim to be an expert in.

BTW are you still sticking with your 3-5% CFR for Covid?

Flynn has withdrawn his plea.
That's the entire point.
The judge can deny his plea withdrawals and sentence him, anyway.
Because those pleas were based on cooperating with government investigators. Which he then reneged on.

Flynn can appeal it later.

Your sense of justice is quite frankly shitty.

He certainly CAN, I would be willing to make a bet he won't. He now knows, as does everyone else, that the conditions have COMPLETELY changed since then.

If you weren't so morally and intellectually bankrupt you would see that he is not guilty of the crimes he pled to. But you have your head so far up your own ass with your TDS you can't even admit you are wrong.

But keep fighting the fight and I'll continue to clown on you.

That IS justice.

He pled guilty for an easy sentence, AND promised to work with Mueller's team. Then he backtracked and reneged on it. Then he tried to back out of the plea.

Judge should sentence him on the plea and NOT consider any of his "cooperation" in sentencing.

So that the record is clear, while the Trump DOJ was prosecuting Flynn, Flynn's defense lawyer was meeting with Trump about the case.

And then she tried to claim executive privilege to block that information from becoming public.

LOL.

LOL.

Pretty sure she met him after the doj decided to drop the charges.
