Super impressed by Keegan and Patrick.

Patrick has really grown up and he played a great game today. Keegan had a fantastic debut and Luka was a beast. I didn't love our guard court today. CJ played well but Connor and JBo were not great and neither was Joe T. Aron Ulis looked like he belonged.

I’d say if (I’m saying if) he stays healthy all season, he clearly has a chance to become our 2nd best player. 6-10, can shoot, runs the floor, etc. Maybe missing last year wasn’t such a bad thing for him. Much bigger and stronger. Happy for him.

Patrick now has the body of a player that can take the grind of the B1G. Much needed physical transformation.

It's just one game, but Keegan Murray certainly looked like he belonged on the court and had a pretty good understanding of his role. Very encouraging.

Agree both looked great! I was however disappointed in Joe's play tho. Hopefully it was rust and not a regression

Spot on Doc. Keegan looked as good in person as has his prep school video showed. P Mac does not resemble that scrawny kid from last year. Been thinking one of the Murrays would get regular PT at the end of an 8 man rotation. Looks like that is the situation-kid played well for his first college game.

Joey T looks more mature in the face. He really had a baby face and his facial hair looked like it was drawn with a Sharpie. That young fella has gone and got himself all grown up in the off season.

Anyone else impressed with A Ulis as much as I was? Good handles and a sweet stroke at the foul line.

Agree. Patrick may be the best 6th man in g th be Big and Keegan is a very pleasant surprise. Dude can rebound and shoot.

Not tested on the big stage, but both very smooth and poised. Patrick is a gifted athlete. Ke. is solid with a good future. Good things in Hawks future.

I hope you meant Weiskamp & not Touissant.

Joe W is continuing his descent & Joe T is improving on his rise.
I actually thought Joe T looked out of control like he did a lot in the early games last year. Didn't see any big improvement from him at all...I think he'll have to watch his back or Ulis may end up with some of those minutes.....

Articles say Patrick gained 25 pounds since last year. He needed it, and looks good out there.
He looked very versatile , and brought a lot to the floor. There were times he looked very winded especially at the free throw line which was concerning. Of course this is his first real action in two years, so we'll see how he handles things when we get into the grind of the season....
