Hmm. A lot of this makes a lot of sense to me, particularly putting all the power teams into divisions of like 8/9 teams each. Though the sensible thing would be to have those division winners go to the playoffs instead of that 24-team nonsense. And how on earth can you offer promotion but not relegation? You're just gonna bloat the top level perpetually?

Overall though, it's mostly "whatever" to me. College football as we knew it is dead, so what does it really matter?
