Folks it’s time to start moving to places that align with your personal beliefs.
The state laws that are being enacted aren't protecting those very limited time to protect the health of the mother. Are there protections for rape and incest in the state trigger laws?
At least we know that precedent doesn’t matter anymore. All SCOTUS needs now is a liberal majority and it can strike down Heller et al.

True, it's an equal protection case. But the court has moved on from the traditional scrutiny tests for EP and moved on to some vague "culturally historic" test....
Fundamentally, the conservative justices are extreme Federalists....if the words "government shall not infringe on the right of gay marriage," then they are going to punt it back to the states.

Miscarriages may require abortion procedures to make sure all tissue is out of the uterus. Failure to do so can lead to sepsis.
