Folks denying necessary abortions when women miscarry (which is very common) are simply evil people.
Women will go septic and die waiting for care, which could have been provided hours, days or weeks beforehand, per standard medical practice.

Where was the compromise? A 50 year old legal decision was overturned due to the religious beliefs of new members.
I don't trust a single word this SCOTUS says. This is now a garbage court run by the CONSERVATIVES.

I agree with you on this point. There have been some wild behind-the-scenes instances of politicking among the justices for most of its history. What's different is that it previously stayed under wraps until many, many years later, or probably more often, never saw the light of day. There are now some unusual cracks in the Court's wall of secrecy, and I have to imagine some are coming from the inside (Dobbs draft obviously, less restrained speeches from some justices, and now this leak). As someone who has followed the Court closely for 20 years, things definitely feel different recently.
Wouldn't that be seen as a net positive in today's political climate?

Well ,its not the fault of the people, this CONSERVATIVE court stepped in the shit and now doesn't know now, how to get out of it. They know a majority of the people do NOT agree with them on much of anything.
