Taco Bell and Cheez-It have come together for the ultimate Test Kitchen test: the Big Cheez-It Tostada.

Why does Taco Bell (or any restaurant, for that matter) use low-fat sour cream? It tastes absolutely awful. Does the extra three grams of fat in regular sour cream really matter when you’re eating Taco Bell?
