Looking for a tailgate spot for this year. Just found out the spot I've been in for the last 10yrs is cutting their spots in 1/2 and are going to do a lottery. Don't think I'm going to wait and take my chances. I do have a 10 x 10 tent I like to use but suppose it's not an absolute must. Anyone know of anything?

Just across the bridge west of Kinnick take a hard left. There is a huge older brick home and a huge parking area. Go see if they have any openings but don't wait they fill up fast. He puts down straw for bad weather and there are plenty of porta potties. Lots of good folks back there. Good luck......
Thanks for the heads up Norm. Not from the area though. That's why I'm trying to find something on here. I sure miss the days of the old Faithful Olive Ct field! Now that was tailgating. Of-coarse I don't know if my old arse could take 7 Saturdays a year of that anymore.

It's funny you say this. I did NOT renew my season tickets this year and the deadline to renew was last Friday. I get an email today though from the athletic dept. asking me if I was really sure I didn't want to renew. They said I had until May 20th now to change my mind. It made me chuckle.
With 4 kids I'm probably considered both and I'm still going to upgrade. So whats that say? But really I'm just looking for a place to park.
Call up your buddy Gary and open up the checkbook since you're so enthusiastic about the upcoming season. The big donors get sweet parking.
Otherwise, sack up and make the 20 minute walk from the golf course with the rest of the riffraff.
