Tailgating Start Times for 7PM Kickoff?

When does it open for a 7PM game? I can find information about no after the game tailgating but not when it actually opens. For some reason I had it in my head that it would open at 1PM but could have been a dream.

For information purposes, we park at Hancher (Lot 55)

Game-day parking at historic Kinnick Stadium - 2015 season
Opening Time for Lots: Selected University of Iowa parking lots (Lots 33, 40, 43, 49, 65, 75, 85, Myrtle) are open between 7:30-11:00 p.m. the night before all home games and all others open at 6:00 a.m. on the day of each home game.

I didn't think the start time of the game mattered when talking about opening times for tailgating lots.

I feel like we used to tailgate in the morning for late games.
