Well some cities such as Pella, etc have certain ordinances. It’s to keep the town looking a certain way.
All politics is local. The town might feel it looks trashy. And once one incident happens then it spreads all over making them look more like a trailer court. In their opinion at least.
To me it looks more like a pissing match. Folks love drama.
