Illinois and Virginia ahead of Duke? Color me skeptical. Illinois is loaded (UVA is most definitely NOT) but not more loaded than Duke or Kansas etc. Purdue and Michigan State have more talent than Kansas? lol Nope.

Penn State has the 16th best talent in college basketball? More than Arizona at 25? Or Alabama who's not even listed? lol Nah....C'mon, man....

There has to be some sort of bizarre methodology at play here, no? Or CBR just bollixed Torvik's data? I simply can't trust it.
