Not sure how many guys have seen this video. Pay attention to the re-attack drill. The coach basically has the offensive wrestler attack, get stuck then re-attack with a different attack. Maybe because Spencer usually overwhelms his opponents with his first attack and doesn't need that many re-attacks, but I was unaware how lightning quick he is. His lateral movement transition is unreal. That skill set obviously becomes incredibly important when he hits D1. I thought the video was pretty cool and all positive for the sensitive crowd!
