Not sure how many guys have seen this video. Pay attention to the re-attack drill. The coach basically has the offensive wrestler attack, get stuck then re-attack with a different attack. Maybe because Spencer usually overwhelms his opponents with his first attack and doesn't need that many re-attacks, but I was unaware how lightning quick he is. His lateral movement transition is unreal. That skill set obviously becomes incredibly important when he hits D1. I thought the video was pretty cool and all positive for the sensitive crowd!

I feel like that's something Iowa has been missing. That's great to see. Thx for posting.
 
BTW. There's another video of Teasdale drilling with Dylan D'Emilio from OH. The interviewer asks what they weigh and Teasdale says he's at 130. I'm guessing that puts him at 126lbs for next season unless he hits a growth spurt in the next 4-5 months.
 
Going to be mighty nice to see these two studs in black and gold. I'm still pinching myself that they both committed to Iowa.
