That money really isn’t being saved as most is largely funded by the federal government. They simply shifted the money.

Texas could have put them on a flight in first class for less than half of that cost. Aren’t Republicans supposed to care about wasteful government spending? Or does that only matter when Democrats are in control?

Again, they could have accomplished the same for roughly two hundred bucks per person, but instead spent about $1800 per person. Of course, that's tremendous bargain compared to the $32k per immigrant that Desanus forked over to one of his cronies.
