Having a son that grad from Ia should show I'm sincere. Jake Rudock is the best thing going for Mi this yr and has made the big dif in our record. Knowing how happy you are with CJ, guess it worked out for the beest for both Ia and Mi. Don't expect us to make it but it would be ironic if they met in Indianapolis. By the way, grats on the great season you guys are having.

Thanks -personally I'm happy to see JR doing well for you guys. Happy it's working out for both

What's ironic is that...I don't know if I'd say JR has improved much. I've watched UM a lot this year and I see the same "flawed" QB I saw last year.

Jake has strong points, Jake has weak points. I think Michigan's style is more tailored to mask his weak points than Iowa's style is. Iowa's offense and receiver group skills needs a more "improvisationally effective" strong armed guy under center than UM does.

But I am happy for the guy that it worked out for him.

Jake does not play well under pressure. You hit him and he goes into the fetal position. He also has receivers at UM getting separation. As long as he does not have to throw deep down the field into tight windows he does fine.

Very, very happy with CJ. With Jake we are 5-4 or 6-3.

So why is Michigan doing better?

Jake at Michigan = 8-2....same Jake at Iowa = 6-3 or worse

So basically what you're saying is that Michigan has more talent than Iowa............well done.

And the comeback will be "but with a better QB, we're 10-0"....which is just another way of saying with a better QB we can overcome that. So again.....well done.

If you took the QBs out of the argument, is Michigan better than Iowa?.....

Just trying to help you solidify your logic.
