I've seen a couple announcements this past week on teams locking in their spot for some of those Thanksgiving week basketball tournaments. Looks like ISU is going out to play in the Phil Knight Invite, and also saw that our women are going out there as well to play in a women's tournament there at the same time (Duke and UCONN also included). So, this got be thinking: have there been any rumblings about Iowa getting back into one of those next year? I know Fran opted out this season, but I sure hope he gets us back into one of those next year.
