Iowa began recruitment for the Class of 2015 with another QB in mind. It ended with two in-state guys being signed for 2015.
Will the ebbs and flows of 2015 reappear for 2016 or is the candidate from WI the right guy for the class?
With a commitment already from Nathan Stanley of Wisconsin at quarterback, it would take a big run from any in-state signal caller to receive an offer. Joe Hess of Mount Pleasant, Michael Frankl of Ames, and Ben Ferkin of Waukee have been on the radar over the last twelve months. Each has visited at one point after having put up big numbers through the air as juniors. None hold offers as of now but each has the potential to play at the scholarship level in college.
I follow recruiting, but there are far more with a recruiting interest to square in on the subject, than me?
Iowa has had it's share of hits and misses over the years. How will the Class of 2016 turn out?
