The B1G 1 fan exception rule

IF this was covered in the Game thread, i apologize, didn't make it through all 222 posts. But Iowa needs to lead the charge to ask for this exception. One fan could not pose a risk, but it would put Gasser at courtside, bringing the enthusiasm of at least 3000 fans. Gasser needs to be there !
