Could the pipeline to Wyoming Seminary continue?
They would be a huge start to the team!
I hope they can see the vision and imagine what it will be like to hear the cheering fans that there will be supporting the Iowa team that they just wouldn't find anywhere else!
I remember seeing this picture posted on HR awhile back and thought that it would be pretty badass if Iowa was able to land all of these hammers. Fingers crossed!

Three of the best kids in the world (and one of the most annoying). I'll be honest, we get these two sisters and I may just have to move to Iowa myself. This group right here might as well be siblings. It would be SO FREAKING AWESOME to see them together throughout their college experience.

Different strokes, my father would have been like Rodney Dangerfield in back to school. Grades would have been great and there would have been lots of women around. 😂
Trust me. You want to see my kid run to the dark side? Let him know pops is moving to wherever he is. He's been away at school on his own since he was 14. My wife and I rather enjoy being empty nesters.
As @ao_coachphil alludes, I think most 17/18 year olds kids feel this way when its time to go to college. Except for maybe @Grip220

I mean, it’s ok if you did. Some dads are actually kinda cool…….. said no teenager.
we Know we are still cool in our own minds.
That's where grandkids come in. We become cool again for a few years and get to teach them bad habits as payback to our kids for their teenage years.
I cannot think of a better way to start off Iowa’s program then landing these two.

Random thoughts on Blade sisters. Early in this wrestling season I spoke with Israel Martinez about the Blade sisters (at Barrington Invitational), as he has been influential in their wrestling careers, and will continue to have significant influence. The Blade sisters are from Bridgeview (Chicago) and have previously trained with Martinez Wrestling. Israel indicated the Blade(s) were very interested in the University of Iowa wrestling. Stating Iowa wrestling is an exclusive wrestling university (obviously). And is a short drive from the Blades family home in Bridgeview, Illinois.
Moreover the recent addition of Clarissa Chun to the University of Iowa wrestling program will be very persuasive in the future decisions these athletes make regarding their careers. I have previously observed that Clarissa Chun will be an extremely valuable addition to the entire University of Iowa wrestling program/community. Always a faithful University of Iowa alumni I believe the University of Iowa sells itself to the Blades sisters. Iowa City will be a great home for some great athletes. They have arrived in Iowa City. Just saw the Blades Sisters posting pictures on Instagram from the Hawkeye wrestling room.
saw emma bruntil is in town too. 2x champ from mckendree in the portal. on track for 4 titles currently.
I don’t see any way all 3 of these girls don’t become Hawkeyes.
I'm going to go bug the ticket office about season tickets to Women's wrestling again.

I had heard that they had Ivy aspirations...
But once you get a sense of that Iowa tradition, all bets are off!
They where in full hawk gear taking pics with Steveson at the end of the telecast.
They were sitting with Dan Gable during the Murin match. Then took pictures with Dan and Chun.
Saw Izzy with the girls talking to Assad after Dan Gable picture and before Gable Stevenson picture, just to fill in the timeline of their visit.
Hope we land both of the sisters, and Emma Bruntil. Would be a heck of a splash in the women’s college wrestling world, and a great foundation for the rest of the team to be built around.
