CJ's dad co-wrote the song "The Boys of Fall" that Kenny Chesney sent to No. 1. Creating a Hawkeye video to go with it would be an awesome edition to game days at Kinnick. The Hawkeye version could debut at the concert in Kinnick in late August. Here's the story from The Gazette, which includes the music video as it exists now:

Hey fredjr82, that's the kind of thing I had in mind. Well done. Opening with the Kinnick speech is great. I really think a Hawkeye version of "Boys of Fall" could be a powerful addition to game-days in Iowa City.

Google Casey beathard and take a look at a more comprehensive list of songs he wrote. He wrote a lot of Kenny Cheney's hit songs, and most of Eric Church's. And that just scratches the surface, I was blown away. Even non country fans would probably recognize a lot.
