They are definitely trying to play the nostalgia card. It's most likely a tear down. Even so, probably still close to a million for the lot. Kinda funny because the owners actually put that brick fence in to make it look less like the shots used in on the show to limit people stopping for pics....but you'd have to already know where it's at to 'accidentally' drive by it. I used to live across Ventura Blvd in that area, further up in the hills. It's a really cool area to live in and there are many nicer houses around there, in nicer areas, for less than that asking price.
