This statement from Russia comes after the Trump administration stopped supplying Ukraine with military intelligence to undercut their ability and punish Zelenskyy for not adhering to the WH dress code.

I haven't verified it myself but I guess Trump sent over some people to meet with anti-Zelensky Ukrainians. Those Ukrainians told them to stick it because regime change like that isn't helpful for anyone but Russia right now.
