Why do y’all support legislators that bring things like this forward? How is this helping the average voter? All it does is make things better for big ag…is that what you really want for your state?

The first rule of pesticide-driven increased cancer rates is to not discuss (or adjudicate) pesticide-driven cancer.
And yet the people introducing this are the same ones up in arms about pharma companies being exempt from civil liabilities from vaccines

This is where things really started going off the rails. Equating corporate rights with the rights of individuals was asinine. It will take generational change on the Supreme Court to fix the mess Robert’s and crew created.
