What a bleeping asshole moran:
Ahead of Biden’s planned remarks from the White House on inflation, Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) on Tuesday called on the president to resign, claiming in a statement that he is “unwell” and “unfit for office.”
“It’s simple,” Scott said. “The most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis he created is resign. He’s the problem. Getting him out of office is a quick and easy solution.”
Biden has repeatedly taken aim at Scott for a tax proposal released in February that would require all Americans to pay some federal income taxes. Currently, about half do not because they do not make enough.
Biden is expected to highlight the plan again during his remarks scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
“Let’s be honest here. Joe Biden is unwell,” Scott said in his statement. “He’s unfit for office. He’s incoherent, incapacitated and confused. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. He’s incapable of leading and he’s incapable of carrying out his duties. Period.”
