Trump knows he's winning this election in a landslide on election night, and he dangled out the idea of not peacefully/conceding power knowing full-well the liberal/left media would jump all over it. We'll listen to the media absolutely rail on Trump for this over the next 6 weeks up until election. In reality, the party who isn't going to concede will be the Democrats and Biden. How will the media justify Biden's delay in conceding after they just got done railing on Trump for threatening the very same thing? The hypocrisy we'll see spewing from the CNN's of the world will be a joy to watch.

delay in conceding is different than not peacefully turning over power. I fully expect Trump to delay conceding as long as he thinks he has an argument to be made. I also expect him to turn over power peacefully because no matter how stupid I think he is, he's not that stupid.
It's very possible that on election night Trump will have a lead commensurate with what would be considered a landslide, because polls show his voters will primarily vote on election day rather than via mail.

Today’s poll numbers are not what he and his team expected a few months ago....a close election in Texas? He will probably win....but his lead now means he will have to spend more money there than intended......and the same in Florida, Pennsylvania...and now Iowa? Junior told the media a few months ago that Iowa would never be “in play”...Ms. Seltzer has my President behind currently.....Biden is a long ways from the finish line.....but Biden can now see the finish! Yup, totally conceivable. Before RBG died, my argument was that Pence could just as easily nominate conservative judges from the Heritage list, and it would be doing a huge favor to the Republicans if they could get a jump start on re-branding/distancing themselves from Trump. Same thing still applies if Pence became President that it might do Republicans better to have Pence, more of a relatively steady hand than someone scrambling to keep himself out of prison. It would also allow for a somewhat less-messy pardon of the Trump family for anything federal.
