It makes sense to me.
He has multiple skill sets (like Banks . . . okay I'm pushing it)
He has Drew Tate's passion.
And this year we get to find out if he has Stanzi's "never-say-die" magic. (I think he does)
Is it too much to hope he has the best of all three guys? Kudos to him for waiting and fighting to be the man. I can only imagine how hard that was for him and greatly admire his grit. I hope all his talent is used, i.e. run some option from time to time.
