espn is like their good ol' buddy that lets them take a shot or two (or three - who knows.....).

point being, in a year like this - instead of calling the 'bamas and ou's of the world '1-loss teams' - just start dubbing them 'the mulligans'

They should be a weekly award given to any team that loses to a team with a lower ranked recruiting class.

Especially if it's a Top Ten team that loses:

"You get a Mulligan"
