The people who said KF has the right to retire on his own terms

Runs his mouth about other programs while losing 97-0 to teams over .500
Watch this fraud program get beat by the new Big 10 teams 42-0 each time will be hilarious
FRAUD

For 2 more years, yes. Two more years of no offense, and all his capital is gone.

This. I want him to go but I just don’t think we can fire him. I really hoped he would just hang it up after his son got shit canned.
Beth will have a very, very difficult time getting rid of KF unless the biggest boosters, whomever they are, agree.

25 years of connections between the HC boosters is a huge hurdle.
I think KF doesn't exit until he passes Woody Hayes.

I was also really hoping that the much needed firing of Brian would have been the trigger for Kirk to say adios. Walking away from millions of dollars is not an easy thing to do, even when you've already made multiples of that.
It seems highly unlikely that any move will be made to oust him.

Breaking Woody Hayes's record does impress much if you consider the staggering number of shitty opponents Kirk based most of his career on. But I agree with you.

I did, but I don't anymore. Unfortunately Barta gave us no wiggle room. Kirk would go down great in my memory if he took the character move and not force an athletic department that has made him millions to buy him out

KF is not giving up the 42 million buyout.
If I’m BG, based off of the condition of the offense, I tell him that I’m going to micromanage every decision he makes, including the OC hire based off of how terrible the offense is and I’m considering seeking counsel input to fire him with cause due to his continued refusal to do what is best for the program on the offensive side of the ball. Unless he takes the buy out, I’m not going to relent. Thanks for all you’ve done but it’s time to let the next generation take over. KF is afraid to play to win and reverted back to play not to lose.

Maybe we could give him a nice retirement package to go away?

If the offense is rolling in year 2 of the new OC then it's time to make Kirk retire. He will have lost the right to retire on his own terms. I'll give him that much before I totally jump ship but I've been very crucial of his critical flaws.

That’s the problem with KF, he doesn’t think he has any flaws or sees how bad they really are that hold the program back on the offensive side of the ball. It is staggering to hear the things that come out of his mouth. He is in total denial.
