Sorry white guys. You had a solid 230 year run, but Biden is nominating and confirming women, and people of color at a record pace. It is almost the inverse of the judges Trump appointed. Trump appointed judges at a 70 percent clip for men, and he did not value non whites.
Biden is reshaping the courts to look more like America, and to add a wealth of value in the backgrounds of the nominees. 70 percent of those confirmed have been women, and 64 percent have been people of color. He's nominated many lawyers with experience in civil rights, and in defending the indigent.
Sadly sooty old Joe Manchin has started voting against nominees in an attempt to win re-election and appeal to the voters of West Virginia. As with this nominee, Nusrat Choudhury, the arguments against her were based on falsehoods.
