IIRC, recruiting guru Max Emfinger from Texas years ago indicated rankings should be limited to the top 15 kids. He said any number beyond the top 15 is of little consequence. Most of the stars for any class can be found in this top group. Signing date is right ahead of us and it's looking like we finish with 16 commits and several PWO's. Except for a good RB, I'd put our top 15 up against anyone's class. It all starts upfront, and this OL class is a top unit compared to past classes. Our DL is good too, with four stellar underrated players. Skill wise, even without a RB, has three really good athletes at WR. Anyone agree with Max on the top 15 ? I'm not sure I do, but it does offer an interesting viewpoint. 🏈 😎
