Looks like 67/68 but some big seeding misses like VCU(WTF!) Seton Hall and Iowa. Off by 1 or right on for the rest of them.

I've heard the committee used the NET more strictly than expected, and valued quality away wins much more than usual. And, the Big Ten was undervalued overall - which was unexpected. Not showing up in the number of teams taken, but the seed lines were just off - lower across the board.

For sure. VCU at 8 was a pure NET play. As was Seton Hall at a 10 with a bunch of quality wins but a lower NET. Crazy stuff and hard to predict year over year what to expect from the committee.
