I don't know how to link to this chart directly, but on the worldometers USA page there's a bar chart showing daily new deaths. This has been trending down since it peaked on April 21.
There's also a consistent weekly trend. The new deaths almost ALWAYS spike on Tuesdays, and trend down for the rest of the week, and then it spikes again on the next Tuesday (but lower than the Tuesday before).
Obviously, this must be due to how things are being reported and the effect of weekends.
In any case, this is a very encouraging chart because average daily deaths right now are at the level we saw in late March. We're averaging under 600 per day. The average hasn't been that low since March 30th.
