Heavy wind,up to 35 gusts. No deep balls, quick slants and TE dumps should work. With throwing on ANY down should also help. Forgot, screens as well should click. GO HAWKSCan someone that is at the game tell us how bad the wind actually is in the stadium. How hard is it going to be to throw the ball?
troll alertI think its safe to say that neither team will throw the ball today.
this has a major effect on Iowa's offense...
no effect on Maryland's offense.
we're in trouble.

I hope Iowa is still able to throw the ball... we'll find out...I don’t know. This game may be a bit of a snoozer, but the wind will make Maryland even more one dimensional then they already are. Iowa, otoh, will still be able to throw the ball.
Stanley can put some zip on the balls up the seam. Maybe no deep outside bombs, but he doesn't need calm conditions to fire a fastball 15 yards up the seem or 10 yards at the sideline.I hope Iowa is still able to throw the ball... we'll find out...
but the other factor to consider is how the wind is going to effect the kicking game...
this will not be your normal football game.
Hopefully no football players were on them.I've seen mopeds blown over
Who gives a fuc$? Both teams play in it. It’s an excuse. Let’s go!
