Iowa can’t afford the slow starts and I think we all know that Sully is our best chance to win and K Johnson needs the ball on all plays as he fits the scheme with what’s going on with the line play- he’s so much quicker, faster etc… he needs to play and needs to start and the defensive backfield needs so much work. It’s unreal. I will take number 7 from Troy if he has any time remaining in the portal next year…

Take away halls 2 F ups and it's 38-7. Not a bad win at all. But they need to find someone else (Lee?) or he's going to get torched all year

I honestly feel that Lester's run scheme aligns with Barnett's offensive line philosophy. I wouldn't be surprised if we ran for 300 yd at least once the rest of the season. And how often do we do that? So I consider that a major positive as opposed to the prior years. Now as for our defensive backfield....😬
