Grudgingly, and with conditions that seem to exist only in his head. Maybe someone took him aside and told him he has a s*** hand. He likes to grandstand. He got hystericallyl weepy during the Ketanji Brown Jackson hearing, so he enjoys a good spectacle.
Those folks are going to have to answer the subpoena. They can plead the 5th, but not showing up, or claiming some imaginary protection isn't going to happen.
Graham has always been an @ss. This is nothing new.

I am shocked that Trump has held back against Willis so far. If the investigation moves forward she will draw more fire. If she indicts the racist diatribes will be epic. The threats of violence against Willis will flow freely, then all the guys having kittens in the Lee Zeldin thread will lose their collective voices.

Totally normal to subpoena a U.S. Senator. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Georgia is a state case, and Trump made the mistake of being on tape urging people to commit crimes. However, there will be wrangling to no end over deference to the office and the such. There will be questions that will be argued to death over what a president can be charged with by a state court. Trump will claim everything was above the board.
All of that gets a lot easier to overcome if Rudy somehow was sober enough to hold onto some evidence, and he's able to bargain for no prison time.
Rudy is fooked. His biggest goal is to die a free man.

It's good that so far there has been little slack given when it comes to answering subpoenas. Rudy, Lindsey, Kemp... They all need to show up and talk. From this initial reports Rudy may have answered some questions today.

Urging people to do questionable things is not a crime,.. The FBI has developed this into an art form.

Why is it taking so long?
Republicans like Kemp and Graham dragging their feet?
Raffensperger penned a book which details part of his experiences with Trump after the 2020 election, and yet he is being drug in for a deposition.
I don't know much about the woman, but Fani Willis seems to be a serious prosecutor, and she's showing diligence. Move quickly, and you make mistakes, or open avenues for appeals.
