This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Hell yeah!

"I do not know how this war will end for Ukraine, but I know how it will end for Russia",

"Your political elite will continue killing each other as they've been doing for the last few months since they realised they are losing. The same way as outraged ethnic minorities will start killing ethnic Russians for being thrown into the war machine as cheap cannon fodder"

"The artificial construct of your Russian state will disintegrate into several parts that will either get direct foreign rule or will drown in the horrors of civil wars. In several years Russia will cease its existence once and for all"

We have no idea on the cause, and these all could be random events, but it sure seems like a lot of stuff in Russia catches fire. Could it be saboteurs? Could it be sympathizers? The Antifa? BLM? Or, just a drunk Russian who left the space heater on and too close to the drapes?

Nazis, clearly

They could not all be random events. The last two included a major pipeline feeding Western Russia and a warehouse located in the center of the major Moscow rail yard.

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — When the power is out, as it so often is, the high-rise apartment overlooking Ukraine’s war-torn capital feels like a deathtrap. No lights, no water, no way to cook food. And the risk of not being able to escape from the 21st floor in time should a Russian missile strike. Even when electricity comes back, it’s never on for long.

“Russian strikes are plunging Ukraine into the Stone Age,” says Anastasia Pyrozhenko. In a recent 24-hour spell, her 26-story high-rise only had power for half an hour. She says the “military living conditions” have driven her and husband from their apartment.

“Our building is the highest in the area and is a great target for Russian missiles, so we left our apartment for our parents’ place and are preparing for the worst winter of our lives,” said the 25-year-old.

The situation in Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, and other major cities has deteriorated drastically following the largest missile attack on the country’s power grid on Tuesday. Ukrainian state-owned grid operator Ukrenergo reported that 40% of Ukrainians were experiencing difficulties, due to damage to at least 15 major energy hubs across the country.

Iran reportedly working with Russia to set up drone manufacturing capacity in Russia.

Not so fast my friends! Russian manufacturing capacity sucks regardless of what they're making. It will be a while before Russia is building Iranian drones.

Also there's pressure for Iran to back off from supporting Russia do to likely increased sanctions. You'd think Iran has enough on it's plate with internal strife without getting involved with the war in Ukraine.

They do appear to still be making missiles. There was an article I read this weekend detailing fragments from the October launches that had build dates after the start of the conflict. Writer surmised that Russia is down to what they consider minimum stocks for a potential NATO conflict and was thus waiting several weeks at a time to collect newly built missiles to send a surge of attacks at once.

The head of Germany's Federal Office for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief (BBK), Ralph Tiesler, has warned citizens to prepare for short-term power outages, particularly in January and February, and to stock up on rations in advance.

"We have to assume that there will be blackouts this winter. By that, I mean a regional and temporary interruption in the power supply. The cause will not only be energy shortages, but also the targeted, temporary shutdown of the networks by the operators, with the aim of protecting the networks and not endangering the overall supply," Tiesler told the news outlet Welt am Sonntag, adding that local authorities in several German municipalities are preparing for the possibility of blackouts, and have developed 'precise plans' that include procuring emergency generators to support the system.

So I had not really paid much attention or had noticed impacts to Twitter since Musk took over but I now have to say, over the last week I am noticing this war and the folks I was getting news from have suddenly stopped showing up and I now have to look for the news sources. Very interesting and I would say troubling. I just scrolled through a ton of content and not one thing. Anyone else notice this happening?

I long ago changed my twitter feed so it stopped showing me what it thought I wanted to see and simply just showed me what people I follow have posted in timeline order. That fixed a lot of nonsense.

But yes, Twitter is severely broken right now thanks to the amount of people who have just left. We'll see if he can fix it.

That Russian woman who got deported after harassing Ukrainians. Cute but no class.

So...now she has paper with sh#t on it laying on her floor...or we're supposed to believe...

Do white trash people even settle for paper with shit on it on their floor??

Given I couldn't understand a word when said, that's my only takeaway.
