This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Regarding the tires,... wonder if they're under warranty?

Every time I've ever made a complaint, the damn company always claims the tire pressure was wrong or I underinflated the tires.

Hope the Russians kept the paperwork. :D :D :D

I guess it's clear why they've chosen long range bombing vs close contact. Fvcking clowns.
Not even Costco is gonna take that shit back.

You guys are gonna make Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber mad bringing up this inconvenient truth!
Perhaps the check they were issued by Putin had a "90 day" stipulation and they had to get a new check written?

Not to get too political, but we’re going to need to stop the point-scoring politics if we’re going to succeed in breaking Putin. This is going to hurt. Gas price increases, poor company earnings, and shortages of products are all on the way.

We need to unify against these war criminals and suck up the negatives. They’re killing kids.

Anna Jakubova set her Russian passport alight at the vigil in Edinburgh. Ukrainians came over and hugged me, she said.

"For the thousands of Russians living in Britain, Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has brought with it feelings of shame and fear.

Nearly all those spoken to by The Times strongly opposed the war.

Anna Jakubova, 26, from Moscow, felt so strongly that when attending a vigil in Edinburgh for the people of Ukraine she took out her Russian passport and set it alight in front of the protesters.

“I was contemplating doing it ever since the invasion began,” she said. “But when this happened I realised I could not remain a citizen of a country that does this. Ukrainians came over and hugged me and said ‘thank you’.”

I can only imagine the shame that the decent Russians living abroad must feel. Getting an unfettered look at what Putin says to the world and then what he does.

Britain actually gets even better war coverage than we do. BBC, Sky, and Al Jazeera all have boots on the ground in the most dangerous places. Russians living in the UK can see exactly what Russia is doing.

If true, NATO must think the Ukrainians a have time to wait for the retrofitting.

It sounds like they want to give or sell them to the US so that we will be the ones to give them to Ukraine. This per the MSNBC correspondent at this early time. Sounds like this is because Putin is less able to and less likely to take revenge on the US.

Does that actually move the needle?

(Reuters) - At least 400,000 Yemeni children under 5 could die of starvation this year without urgent intervention amid soaring rates of severe malnutrition driven by war and the coronavirus pandemic, four U.N. agencies said on Friday.

We’re actively aiding and abetting the Saudi Kingdom in this slaughter.
Thanks, Obama.

My parents and my grandparents always talked about what rationing was like in WWII and while the current discomfort we’re having here is not fun, it can’t compare with having to make do with strict limits on meat and dairy. Of course with prices going up so drastically we might find out.

You’re talking to the wrong guy. If I had my druthers, the next weapons delivery to the Saudis would look like this,

Russian asset Boris Johnson. Don't trust him.

Stupid ass Boris, the whole Western world will help pay to rebuild Ukraine. Right after we begin the trials for Russian generals and Russian political leaders in absentia. Identified and prosecuted for carrying out a campaign of terror and ethnic cleansing.

We can then proceed to bring the full force of Western Intelligence & special operators with plausible deniability assassination operations against these scoundrels, including within Russia.

Why deflect? Unable to bring yourself to say you think helping the Saudi regime invade Yemen was a bad idea, or do you think it was a good idea, and is bearing good fruit?

So yeah, what about the war of aggression on the Arabian peninsula that the US has actively supported for years and that has killed thousands and thousands of people, and threatens 100s of thousands more with starvation?

What about that war?
Shouldn't we at least stop helping the authoritarian Saudi regime kill Yemenis?
I'm not saying we need to start shipping weapons to the people trying to repel the invaders, or even that we should impose a no fly zone.
But maybe we could quit fixing the planes dropping cluster bombs in Yemen?
For starters?

You are the one deflecting. Denounce Russia and their evil misdeeds. Renounce your #istandwithRussia position fool.

OK, it sounds like they have no idea why they are going to the US base first so the above is my opinion:) And the correspondent annoyed me by wondering why in the world would Ukraine want these fighters-they have things like Stingers. Pretty sure the Stingers are only effective to a certain height where these aircraft would take over.

@Whiskeydeltadeltatango @goldmom: no comment on blatant political posting that actually has ZERO to do with Ukraine war, unlike my posts, which actually were about Ukraine and Russia?

You two are such predicable and pathetic hypocrites.

I can show you several examples where I have told people to take thr political shit to another thread. Just today I can be quoted as saying "wrong thread asshole" or something similar. I have also been told that I am.only perpetuating it by pointing it out.

Anyone who talks politics in this thread is a butt****.

Still waiting on you to provide that post with me backing Tucker.

Change your pants torbs.

We ARE aiding/abetting the slaughter out of convenience and the vast difference in geopolitical implications. Saudi Arabia is a political ally with a very stable government in an unstable region containing vital resources.

Politics makes hypocrites of us all. I’m not condoning either but stating what I perceive to be the facts.

I already have. You chose to ignore it.

Renounce your #istandwithRussia position fool.
I’ll post this a third time, maybe you won’t be afraid to answer this time?

Did you pay any attention to what the German politician said?
I don’t care a whit about a hashtag. Never paid attention to it.
Is this one of those things where if you forward a piece information some people assume that can only mean 100% alignment with the information in question?

For example, if your college professor explains the rationale Hitler laid out, and then followed, in his path to war, is your assumption the person relaying this information to you not only endorses Hitler’s reasons, but probably flies the swastika at home?

Are you that simple?
