Hard to compete when everyone (and I mean everyone) is getting free smashburgers at Bonnie Blue’s.
Went once. Waitress was 9 months pregnant. Did not return.

First time was In Kansas City at a soccer tournament. Dude got his nose broke in a fight and came rushing into the bathroom, leaking everywhere, as I was taking a piss, at like 12 years old.

Not surprising. Talent level at Hooters along the Gulf (of America) Coast has been in decline ever since Twin Peaks busted onto the scene.
Never been once. I've been to Twin Peaks a couple of times and, honestly, there wasn't much to recommend them.

The waitresses at Hooters Augusta, Masters week, do not disappoint. Pretty similar to these waitresses

Top floor of MOA died years ago. I used to go to a big sports bar there to watch Hawkeye games when I first moved up. There were some problems with youth gangs and violence. That plus the newness wearing off killed it.
BTW, there is still a Hooters there.

Use to take an annual golf trip up to Michigan. We'd always stop at the Hooters in Merrillville IN. Always had good talent there. Here's a pic from their webpage.
The shitty wings (save for Daytona-style) hasn’t been helping their cause for a long time. When the restaurant first opened, and for a while after, those waitresses in those outfits were considered really racy. I know my eyes were like saucers when I went there as a teenager. These days, the skimpiness of those outfits would be considered normal. You’re going to see more skin in a lot of other restaurants.
The talent at Hooters has definitely taken a hit from twin peaks. I went for lunch for the Thursday of March madness a couple of years ago and it wasn’t pretty.
Really, the best bang-for-the-buck is to pack your own lunch and have a picnic while you watch/attend a yoga class. I bring in real silverware because I want them to think I’m a classy guy.
