Fran’s teams are mentally weak.

I have been thinking about why FM's teams are soft and I think it is because he does not demand excellence in practice and is hesitant to push guys to be the best they can be. LG is an anomaly. But if you look every year FM;s teams have been undisciplined and soft. I think they also may be out of shape as they appear to gas easily, especially JW.
