I remember when this was posted about 4 yrs ago. The liberals had their undies in a bunch over this. Thats because its TRUTH........ Why is it so hard for liberals to connect the dots?

Islam Explained in Layman’s Terms

Here’s how it works:
As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

United States — Muslim 0.6%
Australia — Muslim 1.5%
Canada — Muslim 1.9%
China — Muslim 1.8%
Italy — Muslim 1.5%
Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

Denmark — Muslim 2%
Germany — Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
Spain — Muslim 4%
Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

France — Muslim 8%
Philippines — 5%
Sweden — Muslim 5%
Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:

Guyana — Muslim 10%
India — Muslim 13.4%
Israel — Muslim 16%
Kenya — Muslim 10%
Russia — Muslim 15%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Bosnia — Muslim 40%
Chad — Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:

Albania — Muslim 70%
Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
Qatar — Muslim 77..5%
Sudan — Muslim 70%

After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:

Bangladesh — Muslim 83%
Egypt — Muslim 90%
Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
Iran — Muslim 98%
Iraq — Muslim 97%
Jordan — Muslim 92%
Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan — Muslim 97%
Palestine — Muslim 99%
Syria — Muslim 90%
Tajikistan — Muslim 90%
Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%

100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:

Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
Somalia — Muslim 100%
Yemen — Muslim 100%

Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

I love it when the wingnuts continue to show their ignorance by continually reposting mythical chain emails no matter how many times they've been debunked.

You wish that was true. You probably have repeated that over and over to yourself. So you can convince your delusional brain.

Conservatives hate it when you lie to them...liberals hate it when you tell them the truth.
Lol, by any measure Islamists are predominately conservative in their views. They are your brothers. Feel free to take them out for me.

If cons really are mad when lied to, it explains why you are all perpetually grumpy. You're entire world view is a lie. You have that in common with Islam too.

If it is as you say, why don't liberals hate islam as much as they hate conservatives? Seems all the left wants to do is apologize and coddle islam and kick conservatives to the curb.

Many liberal politicians have become outright apologists for Islam. Hillary Clinton recently called for people to stop using even the term “radical Islam” because it is offensive to Muslims. She does not want the word Islam attached to any act of terror — as she puts it, “Muslims have nothing to do with terrorism.” This is a woman so desperate to make rationalizations for the religion that when a Muslim kills 14 people in cold blood, she insists he had nothing to do with himself killing 14 people in cold blood. The people were killed not by a Muslim, but apparently by some disembodied, mysterious, brown-skinned phantom force.

For his part, President Barack Obama spent half of his speech after the worst terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11 lecturing Americans for not being tolerant enough. Contrast that with a different speech last year, when he took time out of his Easter message to scold Christians for their “less than loving” behavior. Our president chastised Christians on Easter and excused Muslims after an Islamic terrorist attack. It’s incredible. Almost as incredible as Secretary of State John Kerry explaining how he can “see the rationale”for Muslims slaughtering cartoonists who draw pictures of Muhammed.

Now liberals balk at the idea that we should be wary of granting refugee status to Muslims, but most reacted with either silence or celebration when the Obama administration tried to deport a family of Christian home schoolers. They tell us we ought to respect the religious liberties of non-citizen Muslims, but applaud as the government forces nuns to buy birth control and locks Christian clerks in jail. In fact, the only time — and I mean the only time — a majority of liberals will so much as mention the phrase “religious freedom” is when they’re discussing Muslim migrants from the Middle East. The rest of the time they only cheer as the State compels Christian bakers to service gay weddings and Christian taxpayers to fund abortions.

But as they rally for homosexuals deprived of pastries in the United States, they say nothing about the homosexuals tossed from rooftops in Iraq. As they worry that women are being oppressed bymanspreading on trains in New York, they gloss right over the women being beheaded for resisting rape in Baqubah and attack ex-Muslim women who speak out against genital mutilation and other abuses women suffer in Muslim lands. If millions of Christians participated in or condoned this kind of behavior, liberals would be calling for an outright ban on Christian religious practice. Indeed, one in five Americans believechurches should be legally forced to perform gay marriages, which would effectively amount to a total prohibition of Christianity in the U.S. already.

Liberalism treats Christianity as a hostile force while it cradles radical Islam against its bosom and whispers sweet lullabies in its ear. Liberals worry about the dreaded Islamophobia and supposed anti-Muslim hatred rampant in the west, but will shut down any mention of the hatred rampant in the Muslim religion. And there’s a lot of that sort of hatred to go around. As John Nolte points out, a staggering number of Muslims worldwide support violence, murder, and Shariah law. Even surveys meant to show a drop in support for terrorism among Muslims (congratulations!) still reveal vast percentages of inhabitants in every Muslim country who favor suicide bombings. Indonesia is often cited as the most moderate Muslim nation, but that Pew poll finds 10 percent of its citizens justifying the act of blowing yourself up to kill innocent people. That amounts to about 20 million in just one moderate country.

Can you imagine if 10 percent of American Christians thought it appropriate to strap explosives to their chests and murder civilians? Do you think liberals would at all hesitate to pin such a problem on Christianity itself? For God’s sake, they already blame us for the Westboro Baptists, and there are, like, 12 of those nut jobs in the whole world. But the Westboro Baptists are about the only examples they can find, and it’s enough to make their case against the lot of us, even if millions and millions of Muslims aren’t enough to prove anything about Islam.

We do hate Islam. We stand up for the rights of religious people because that's what it means to be American. Why do cons hate America?
According to the article (and our D POTUS) you don't hate Islam (if your dared to read the article)... so you stand up for the rights to throw gays off rooftops and burn them? You stand up for killing of all those that are not of your religion? You stand up for those that walk into a LGBT bar and kill 50 people?

That is what you stand for?

Nope, we stand up for minorities against reactionaries like you. Frankly if I of all posters can keep my head about Islam, so can you. I'll let you know when you are free to freak out, rip up the constitution, end America and go on a genicidal rampage.

When is it ever considered just to attack the existence of a quarter of the population over the actions of a few? You and your fellow reactionaries need to check yourselves. Study a little history. Attitudes like you profess have always lead to regrettable atrocities. Find the courage to stand up for American values.

No, it's your view of conservatives which is twisted and delusional at best.

What's not to believe? Please prove the article wrong..

Turkey is a westernized, democratic government; they have no 'Sharia Law' there.
The rest of the predominantly Muslim countries on the list are FAR from democratic and the 'Sharia Laws' in those countries are dictated by a ruling class or ruling family - the 'religion' is used to keep the populace in their place.

Comparing Turkey with most on that list is like comparing apples to shoelaces.......it's 'pure applesauce'.

Likewise, Canada has areas (cities) which are >6% Muslim, and they don't seem to have any problems there. They've also been able to balance that 6% Muslim population with >10 years' worth of legal gay marriage.

I.e.: Your list is for the mentally and intellectually lazy people who cannot understand the differences within it. Or, just people who are simply too stupid to know any better.

YOu are contradicting yourself... as far as attacking the few, I get it the liberals like yourself want to wait until the few become more so it is fair, you want to be shot at before defending yourself (which I doubt you would do, you would curl up and beg for your life), you want to see just how bad someone can get before you ask for someone else to stop them.

Study recent history yourself, how many gays have been thrown off rooftops by these "minorities"? How many gays have been gunned down in a sanctuary club by the "few"?
YOu and your fellow reaction-less libs need to check the papers and keep up with history - its happening under your LGBT nose. You don't have to look back far in history to see what is happening and what will happen, but please rest on your heels and watch it happen - it's what you libs do best.

Where is the contradiction? You're still just expressing more fear of all Muslims based on the actions of a few. You're no different than those that want to take all the guns based on a few shootings. I'm saying that's not good enough to rip up the constitution. You're reacting based on fear and ignorance.

What you mean "We", kemosabe? I don't hate any religious group. I belong to one. Your second sentence is spot-on, however. And your third needs an answer.

I'm not expressing hate of a religious group. Islam is not a religious group. That would be expressed with the word Muslim. Islam is a religious philosophy filled with ideas that we should hate.

Hate the practice of an idea. Hate the people who carry out those ideals. There are all kinds of documents filled with ideas we should hate. See: Constitution, slavery. I'm not going to hate the Constitution because it protected slavery.

Islam is the religion. A Muslim is a practitioner of Islam

Why would you not? We only love the constitution now because it corrected the evil ideas. Would you love the constitution if it still protected slavery? One would hope not. When a philosophy is rooted in bad ideas, we should have no problem hating it. One could even make the case it's a duty to hate bad philosophy, especially if it's one which hurts people through its practice.

Why do you have an issue with hating bad ideas? Why do you wish to focus on the people and not focus on the root idea? You don't ultimately beat slavery by just running around hating slavers. You beat a bad idea like slavery by convincing people it's a bad idea, then slavers just go away.

People should feel free to attack the evil that is inherent in Islam in the same way we are free to do that with Christianity. The fact that Islam reacts to that criticism as it does, is indicative of yet more bad ideas contained within the philosophy. Take a hammer to the ideas, not the people. Force that faith to become secular just as we have done to Christianity. The world will be better for it.

I'm still waiting for the "110% correctness" in the country of Turkey being 99% Muslim, yet still having a democratic/representative form of government, and Sharia Laws being outlawed there for over 90 years now...

OP wants to ignore the facts that paint him as a total idiot...

Yes - Turkey is a good country...

It’s been formally acknowledged that U.S. NATO ‘ally’ Turkey is providing safe haven to leaders of Hamas, a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) so designated by the U.S. State Department. By its very definition, an FTO should be considered declared enemy of the U.S. Despite this, Turkey doesn’t appear to be paying any price.

The discussion was 'Sharia Law' and governments killing non-Muslim citizens. Let's stay on the bus, here.....

I love how every post from you that isn't a cut and paste contains the word wingnut.
It shows how ridiculously stupid he is. Can't come up with anything else so he parrots the same crap over and over.

The factual info has been up for days now. The OPs 'premise' was wrong 4 years ago, and it's still wrong today.

And it's amazing how the simpletons just lap it up like it's gospel.

The commonalities among the 'terrorist' states on your list is that they are all failed regimes (mainly lawless) or are dictatorial regimes (where ruling families or groups use extremist religious views and propaganda as a way to control their masses).

Turkey is a sectarian state, and has been for nearly 100 years. And it is 98.5% Muslims.
It.makes.your.heads.explode a la Chappelle's 'black white supremacist'....
