Thoughts on DeVries vs McCollum vs TJO?

I know you guys are possibly going to be looking for a new coach too, and see these names being tossed around a lot here and on the IU board. All seem to have a nice resume of success at past and present stops. Since all have coached in Iowa, what do you guys think of each? Pros/cons? Thanks in advance.
