I never posted Iowa was going to lose, but I thought for sure they would lose. JBO has some big balls.....6 FTs on 1 and 1s...and he made that layup. These guys stepped up defensively. They need to shoot better vs Illini though.

That layup was a drive blowing by Trice one-on-one. JoBo has done that on everyone in the B1G. They look for the 3 and he goes right by them.

I was worried some, but this team has shown grit all year. Won even with a bad shooting night, why? Because this team CAN and does play defense.

I never threw in the towel, but if I hadn't seen the game and you told me the Hawks went 2-20 from 3 and nothing else, I'd ask how much they lost by.
